Timber & Trails is a full residential redesign located in Blue Mountain, ON, created for retired professor Lydia Bachman. Blending Craftsman charm with modern comfort, the home was designed to reflect her love for travel, entertaining, and nature. The space features an open-concept layout, custom millwork, a spa-inspired primary suite, and thoughtful aging-in-place and pet-friendly elements. Using natural materials and a warm, earthy palette, the design creates a cozy yet functional retreat. Key skills applied include space planning, millwork detailing, 3D modeling, RCP development, and full material and budget coordination.

Biophilic Hotel is a hotel suite redesign, completed by L&L Suites (Kalyna Leszczynski & Bobbie Lemieux) at Humber College, reimagines guest comfort through a biophilic and universally accessible lens. Grounded in the 7 Principles of Universal Design, the suite features a nature-inspired palette, accessible layouts, and integrated smart technology to support ease, safety, and wellness. With zoned living areas, sustainable materials, custom FF&E, and curated artwork by Eamon Mac Mahon, the space offers a calming, inclusive retreat. Key skills include accessible space planning, sustainable sourcing, FF&E budgeting, and 3D visual storytelling.

Nazli Beauty Lash Studio, located in Toronto, ON, was redesigned to transform a basic workspace into a cozy, lounge-inspired environment while staying under a $4,000 budget. The space now blends functionality with a soft, inviting aesthetic, featuring a dedicated lounge area, improved storage, and a small coffee/snack station. A warm pink and gold palette, flexible furniture solutions, and layered lighting create a serene, client-focused atmosphere. Key skills demonstrated include space planning, 3D modeling, budget-conscious sourcing, cohesive styling, and clear client communication.

Westlin Retreat is a cottage loft redesign located in Ontario, crafted as a serene escape blending Scandinavian minimalism with warm, organic textures. Designed for both relaxation and functionality, the open-concept layout supports lounging and quiet work within a calm, nature-inspired setting. Key features include a floating timber staircase with glass railings, earthy materials, and a neutral palette to enhance light and flow. A 3D walkthrough showcases the space’s transitions and tactile atmosphere. Skills demonstrated include space planning, 3D modeling, minimalist styling, lighting design, and natural material curation.

The Oak & Stone Bath is a residential bathroom renovation in Toronto designed to create a spa-like retreat using rich materials and modern functionality. Part of a basement remodel, the space features custom oak millwork, deep green porcelain tiles, brass fixtures, and a frameless glass shower to balance warmth and contrast. A pocket door, quartz countertop, and detailed lighting plan enhance both efficiency and ambiance. The project involved full demo documentation, technical drafting, and material sourcing with a focus on durability and moisture resistance. Skills demonstrated include construction drawings, millwork design, FF&E specification, and coordinated system planning.
